Globalstar USA Booth Best of Show Award

2/1/2001 – Chicago, IL – The International Adventure Travel & Outdoor Sports Show was a huge success. The new Globalstar USA booth was unveiled. Voted by other exhibitors as best booth of the show!

It was a cold, blistery day in Chicago. Drawn to the booth, Juan from the Panama Tourism office comes up to the Globalstar booth to learn more about Globalstar. He called back home to Panama on the Globalstar fixed phone to say hello to his wife. He learns his Rottweiler, his 4 year old baby, is very sick and a decision to put the dog down will need to be made, soon. Juan cannot sleep that night or work in his booth the next day. All he can think about is his puppy.

After a couple more phone calls from the Globalstar booth to his veterinarian and wife, tears of joy appear in Juan's eyes, and Julie Dajani is surprised to find Juan leaning over the reception desk giving kisses of appreciation and joy. His vet found the problem and his dog is going to be okay. Another Globalstar advocate is born!
